ASNT Level II in Secretary, MD

Capable of completing jobs in the field or shop in a timely manner. To become a Level II NDE technician you need to complete so many OJT hours and classroom training. Secretary, MD Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
If you’re looking for a very mobile, reliable and cost-effective method at finding surface and subsurface discontinuities. MT testing is the way to go on your ferrous material. When the magnetic field is disrupted by a break in the north and south poles the fine iron particles are attracted to the break in the magnetic field. Dry or wet inspections can be very useful with dry being the advantage when parts are to hot to use the wet method. ITL has many certified MT technicians to perform inspections on your welds or parts.
ASME B31.3 in Secretary, MD
The majority of the piping that you see when you pass an Oil Refinery, Chemical Plant, or any other typeprocessing facility is covered under ASME B31.3. Having provided Nondestructive testing services in Delaware City Refinery, Monroe Energy Refinery, Paulsboro Refinery, Advansix Chemical Plant and Chemours Chemical Plants thisspecification is the one used the most by the NDT technicians at Integrity Testlabs. The two most common acceptance criteria for AMSE B31.3 are Normal Fluid Services (NFS) and Severe Cyclic. Secretary, MD API 1104
The American Petroleum Institute (API) is one of the oldest and most successful programs that started over 100 years ago. Maintaining over 500 standards in the oil and gas field. One of those standards that Integrity Testlabs has experience in is API 1104. This specification covers Welding Procedure specifications to NonDestructive Testing (NDT) acceptance criteria for the welding of pipelines and related facilities. Integrity Testlabs has the capability and knowledge to inspect all welds requiring NonDestructive Testing Services. We can provide Certified Welding Inspection (CWI), Radiography (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT) needs.
Eddy Current
Eddy Current uses electromagnetic induction with alternating currents passed through a coil. The coil produces alternating magnetic field. Used extensively in the aircraft industry and manufacturing industry to look for surface and subsurface defects. Also used in the Nuclear and Petro chemical industry on heat exchanger tubing. When the surface is properly cleaned Eddy Current (ET) can be a fast and very effective Nondestructive inspection.
ASNT; American Society for Nondestructive testing
A nonprofit organization which is governed by a board of directors. ASNT publishes and maintains SNT-TC-1A, Standards, Codes of practice, ANSI/ASNT CP-189 and CP-105. They also cover all aspects of qualification and certification of NDT personnel. Integrity Testlabs has a ANST Level III on staff that certifies our Level II and Level I employees so they meet the SNT-TC-1A requirements.
